CHALLENGE

The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi was looking to create a first of its kind cultural education experience to teach both locals and expats about the UAE’s culture in a fun and interactive way. I was hired to recruit participants, test the physical and digital experiences and work closely with the relevant teams to make updates based on our insights.

OUTCOME

With over 300 participants recruited, we built the early stage interest around the platform. Our testing insights led to:

A complete overhaul of the homepage
The development of 5 new features
The refinement of about 35% of physical activities
Enhanced content and communication strategy

The Intangible Cultural Heritage Curriculum is a landmark, cultural education program.
